MESSAGE FROM PRINCIPAL
"It is an honour and a privilege to be the principal of Makrana public school, Makrana . The school that stands for excellence and continuously sets the highest standards. With the increasing strength of the school , my task has become even more challenging to balance between academics and activities with the maintenance of discipline in order to create a congenial environment for learning.
The importance of education in the life of an individual cannot be over stated. It shapes individuals in their formative years and imbues with values that would govern all their choices in life. It is said “if you are planning for a year so rise , if you are planning for a decade, plant trees, if you are planning for a life time, educate people” . Indeed, one can even say that the quality of education will determine the destiny of the nation.
The CBSE in its recent examination reform has abolished class X board exam and instead substituted it with the CCE system wherein the student performance is to be judged exclusively by the school over a continues period of two years in IX and X finally evaluate the complete and detailed aspects of learning and growth in the child.
We whole heartedly welcome this change as a stress reliever and at the same time making schools the instruments of school assessments.
